Professor Dr Kakhaber George Lazarashvili

Doctor in Education
Dr. Kakhaber George Lazarashvili is a distinguished academic leader, researcher, and educator with extensive expertise in higher education, public health, and healthcare management. He currently serves as the Rector of East European University (EEU) in Georgia and is the Chairman of the Faculty Council of Healthcare Sciences. His academic contributions extend internationally, as he is a Visiting Professor at Sorbonne University in Paris, France, and a Project Leader at the COST Scientific Department in Paris.
Dr. Lazarashvili holds key roles in international and national higher education governance. He is the UN Expert Coordinator in Higher Education for Eastern Europe and Central Asia (UNFPA) and a member of the Advisory Board of the International Journal of Health, Wellness, and Society. He also leads the Scientific Research Center for Physical, Mental, and Social Well-being (EEU), contributing to the development of interdisciplinary research in health sciences.
