Fourth International Scientific-Practical Conference: ,,Digital Management and Artificial Intelligence)“ (ISPC 2024)

A cooperation agreement has been signed between Hochschule Bremen City University of Applied Sciences (Germany) and East European University (EEU). The agreement was signed by Prof. Dr. Konrad Wolf, President of Hochschule Bremen, and Prof. Dr. Kakhaber Lazarashvili, Rector of East European University.

From May 6 to 8, 2025, a delegation from East European University visited Germany at the invitation of Hochschule Bremen City University of Applied Sciences. During the visit, the EEU delegation held meetings with the President of the University, deans of various faculties, as well as heads of scientific and international departments. The parties agreed to engage in intensive collaboration, including student exchange programs, joint participation in ERASMUS+ initiatives, and the implementation of joint academic and research projects involving research and academic staff.

The EEU delegation was represented by the university’s Rector, Prof. Dr. Kakhaber Lazarashvili; Chairman of the Academic Council, Prof. Dr. David Cherkezishvili; and Head of the International Relations Department, Teona Khachidze.

Significantly, starting from October 2025, EEU students will have the opportunity to pursue their studies at Hochschule Bremen City University of Applied Sciences. Furthermore, both institutions have agreed that Hochschule Bremen will be actively represented at the upcoming international scientific conference hosted by East European University, scheduled to take place from June 24 to 26, 2025.

On October 10-11 of this year, the 4th Hybrid International Scientific-Practical Conference (ISPC 2024): “Digital Management and Artificial Intelligence” was held in Cologne (Germany), organized by the East European University (Tbilisi, Georgia), Electronic Commerce Institute (Cologne, Germany) and the International University of Applied Sciences (Cologne, Germany).

Conference was held in partnership with the Friedrich Eber Stiftungt Foundation, the German Entrepreneurship Organization (FGF), Adelphi University (USA), GKV Informatik, Web de Cologne, the health insurance company “AOk”, LIBF, AAIH_ and STARTPLATZ.

Students and young researchers from the East European University, Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, International Black Sea University, Tbilisi Free Academy, International University of Applied Sciences, University of Georgia, Sukhumi State University, Georgian National Defense Academy, Georgian Technical University, University of Business and Technology, Fontys University (Southern Netherlands), Northwestern University of Applied Sciences of Switzerland, University of Stuttgart, University of Sampoerna (Indonesia, Jakarta), University of Arizona and University of Koblenz participated in the conference.

Researchers, practitioner, MA, BA and Ph.D. students from organizing universities as well as other higher education institutions attended the conference.

Session winners were revealed after the conference who were handed over the certificates of:

  • The best young scientist
