The second meeting in the series of workshops organized by the PMSW Scientific Research Center was held on May 29, 2024. This workshop, an initiative of the\u00a0Physical, Mental, and Social Well-being Scientific Research Center (PMSW)<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>and organized by the\u00a0Lifelong Learning Center (LLC),<\/strong>\u00a0focused on the well-being of academic staff.<\/p>

The event was attended by students and staff of East European University. Speakers shared their insights, practical experiences, and future plans with the audience.<\/p>

The workshop was opened by Professor\u00a0Kakhaber Lazarashvili<\/strong>, the rector of East European University and head of the PMSW Scientific Research Center.<\/p>

The main presentation was delivered by\u00a0Natia Gegelashvili<\/strong>, a researcher at the PMSW Scientific Research Center, on \u201cFactors Affecting the Well-being of Academic Staff.\u201d This study, conducted within the center\u2019s scope, will be published in a special edition of the highly-rated scientific journal of Sorbonne University,\u00a0\u201cInternational Journal of Health, Wellness, and Society,\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0in September of this year.<\/p>

Dr Giorgi Tsiklauri<\/strong>, assistant professor of East European University, Doctor of social sciences, discussed the psychological foundations and causes of the study\u2019s results.<\/p>
